Renewal terms

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period - every month or every year, as shown with the plan - at the price shown when you choose it, until you stop the renewal.

• Stopping renewal. You can stop it at any time under Plan. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
• Starting it again. Before that date you can turn renewal back on where your payment provider allows it; otherwise you can choose the plan again.
• Reminders. We email you a reminder a few days before a renewal, with the date and the price, unless you have turned these reminders off.
• Refunds. A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
• Price changes. A new price applies from the next renewal after we tell you about it, never to a period already paid.
• Payments are taken by the payment provider you choose; Trends Press never sees your card details.
