Reseller terms

These terms apply to members in the Trends Press reseller programme, on top of the terms of use.

Joining. You join from Reseller in your account, where you can also leave at any time. We may ask to review a request first, and may suspend or end a reseller account that breaks these terms.
Your link and code. Members who sign up through your link, or pay with your code, are counted as yours. A member is only ever counted for one reseller, the first one.
Discount. Members who use your code or arrive through your link get the discount shown on your reseller page.
Commission. You earn the commission rate shown on your reseller page on what those members pay, for the period shown there. Refunded payments do not count.
Payouts. Commission is paid once it reaches the minimum shown on your reseller page, to the payout details you give us. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
Fair play. Do not use spam, misleading claims, our name in paid search ads, or sign-ups of your own. Commission earned that way is not paid.
Changes. We will tell you before these terms or the rates change; a change never applies to commission already earned.
